Jeb Bush was a former Presidential candidate who often sparred with President Donald Trump in and outside the Republican debates. President Trump and Jeb Bush had many tense moments, and now Jeb Bush has some criticism for President Trump.

Jeb Bush had an appearance on “Facing South Florida” when he spoke about President Trump.

Bush said: “He should stop saying things that aren’t true, that are distractions from the task at hand,”

After the criticism, Bush showed some praise for Trump’s cabinet appointments: “The president made some really good appointments,” He continued: “He’s acted decisively on some areas I think are important, particularly on the regulatory side.”

Former Presidential candidate Jeb Bush specifically praised the education secretary, Betsy Devos. Bush showed approval for many of the appointments that President Trump made.

Bush elaborated further on his comment “he should stop saying things that aren’t true”: “He’s a distraction in and of himself,” Bush said. “He’s got a lot of work to do, and some of these things — the wiretapping and all of this stuff — is a complete distraction that makes it harder to accomplish the things I know he wants to do.”

President Trump claimed that Former President Barack Obama wiretapped him in the final months leading up to the election, a claim that FBI director James Comey has said that there is no evidence to back up.

It seems that Jeb Bush wants President Trump to focus more on legislation and governing, than making comments and speculation on things that may or may not have happened.
